Good quality burgers with reasonable wait times. Milk shakes were ok. Our garlic fries were an oily soggy mess. No table service, self-service sodas and free pickles. Seating is ok but not very comfortable, also the music is loud inside making it hard to have a conversation .

Burger was cold in the middle, and the fries were overcooked - no pickles available - management didn't seem to care when approached. I let them keep the meal and went to a 24 hr diner on Castro & Market not too far down. Best decision ever.
