Extremely friendly owners. Great Vietnamese coffee-- both hot and iced. The bread was even more delicious than I imagined. We had sweet bbq por buns and a raisin pinwheel. Both toasted to perfection. Get a banh mi with pate. The bread is SOOOO soft and it bites off cleanly. The filling of pate was very thick and very tasty. The only critique I have is they don't load up the banh MI with spicy stuff. I'm used to jalapenos and red eye chili, so that might be my preference.

This place is so sweet! The folks that work here seem like they must be a family and they put so much heart and care into their beverages. We ordered a hot chocolate for my son but asked that it be warm, not hot. They made sure it was the perfect temperature and he declared it, “amazing”.
